What Guessbook is

A way to make a trivia game about someone you know and play it with friends and family on their phones. Building and previewing a Guessbook is free with a small number of players. The Party Pass is a one-time purchase that opens one Guessbook to unlimited players.

Your content

The questions, answers, names and photos you add stay yours. You give us permission to store and show them to the people you share your Guessbook with, which is the whole point. Only add photos and facts you have the right to share — this is a party game, so keep it kind: nothing that would embarrass the guest of honor in a way they wouldn't laugh about.

Things you agree not to do

• Use it to harass, humiliate, or expose anyone, or to share content that is illegal or hateful.
• Upload photos of people who haven't agreed to be in a game, or of anyone under 18 other than your own family.
• Try to get into other people's Guessbooks, scrape the service, or overload it.
• Resell access or unlock codes.

We can remove a Guessbook or close an account that breaks these, and we'll tell you why.

The Party Pass

It unlocks one Guessbook for as long as that Guessbook exists. It's refundable up to the day of your event — see the refund policy. Prices are shown before you pay and include any applicable tax.

What we promise, and what we can't

We'll keep the service up and your data safe as best we can, and we'll tell you if something goes wrong. But it's software: it may occasionally be unavailable, and we can't promise your cousin will remember to play before the party. To the extent the law allows, Spanvor LLC isn't liable for indirect losses, and our total liability for anything to do with the service is what you paid us in the last twelve months.

Changes and goodbye

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll post the new version here with a new date. You can stop using Guessbookand delete your Guessbooks at any time from the dashboard.
