Refunds
Refundable until the day of the event. No forms, no questions.
The rule
If you bought a Party Pass ($19) and the party hasn't happened yet, you can have your money back. Email hello@guessbook.app with the join code (the five letters on your dashboard) and we'll refund the card you paid with. Refunds usually show up within five to ten business days, depending on your bank.
After the event
Once the game has been played — people have joined, answered, seen the reveal — the pass has done its job and we don't refund it. If something genuinely broke on our side during your event, tell us what happened and we'll make it right.
Bought it twice, or for the wrong Guessbook?
Email us. We'll move the pass or refund the duplicate.
